他知道我所行的路，他试炼我之后，我必如精金(伯23：10)。
他知道我们的本体(诗103：14)。他并不甘心使人受苦，使人忧愁(耶哀3：33)。 神坚固的根基立住了。上面有这印记说：主认识谁是他的人。又说：凡称呼主名的人总要离开不义。在大户人家，不但有金器银器，也有木器瓦器，有作为贵重的，有作为卑贱的。人若自洁，脱离卑贱的事，就必作贵重的器皿，成为圣洁，合乎主用，预备行各样的善事(提后2：19-21)。
他必坐下如炼净银子的，必洁净利未人，熬炼他们像金银一样，他们就凭公义献供物给耶和华(玛3：3)。我要熬炼他们，如熬炼银子；他们必求告我的名，我必应允他们。我要说：这是我的子民。他们也要说：耶和华是我们的 神(亚13：9)。
He knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. JOB 23:10.
He knoweth our frame. — He doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men. The foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.
He shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness. — I … will refine them as silver is refined, … they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, the LORD is my God.

耶和华啊，求你将你的道指示我，将你的路教训我(诗25：4)。
摩西对耶和华说：我如今若在你眼前蒙恩，求你将你的道指示我，使我可以认识你……。耶和华说：我必亲自和你同去，使你得安息(出33：12-14)。 他使摩西知道他的法则，叫以色列人晓得他的作为(诗103：7)。 他必按公平引领谦卑人，将他的道教训他们。谁敬畏耶和华，耶和华必指示他当选择的道路(诗25：9，12)。你要专心仰赖耶和华，不可倚靠自己的聪明，在你一切所行的事上，都要认定他，他必指引你的路(箴3：5，6)。你必将生命的道路指示我。在你面前有满足的喜乐，在你右手中有永远的福乐(诗16：11)。我要教导你，指示你当行的路；我要定睛在你身上劝戒你(诗32：8)。义人的路好像黎明的光，越照越明，直到日午(箴4：18)。
Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths. PSA. 25:4.
Moses said unto the LORD, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee. And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest. — He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel. The meek will he guide in judgment; and the meek will he teach his way. What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall teach in the way that he shall choose. — Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. — I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. — The path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.
